Welcome to the highly textured and exotic original artwork of Tracy Monsanto. Even though Tracy has lived aboard for several years, her early years growing up on the island of Trinidad and traveling throughout the Caribbean with her family, have had a great influence on her art. It is evident in the colors and the movement expressed in her work.
"I start most of my pieces by working first on creating a textured surface. This is where the inspiration for the design develops. I am fascinated by color, texture,line and form and during each stage of the creative process, starting with the preparation of the work surface, I am exploring these elements . "
